Tropical Traditions Organic Canadian Raw Honey

Now, here's a giveaway close to my heart - food! LOL
Okay, if you've seen me, you know I like to eat. I'm working on that though!

Seriously, this is a great one. Please check out the sponsor's website: Tropical Traditions. I can definitely see myself making some purchases here. As a diabetic, I try to watch what I eat (though some days I just watch the food go in my mouth). Organic is becoming pretty important to me.

The giveaway, head over to Sweeps4Bloggers for all the details, lots of chances to win!

BusyBodyBook Calendar and Planner

Something for you - or anyone on your list. Without a calendar, I'm totally lost. I cannot, for the life of me, remember anything!

5 Minutes for Books is offering the chance to win one wall calendar or organizer from BusyBodyBook as part of their 2009 Back-to-School Giveaway.

Tell Me A Story

These look like great rainy (or any other day) activity cards! Definitely going to get some, even if I don't win this set - the Mystery in the Forest Story Cards by eeBoo. My grand daughter and I could go for hours with these. I'm also looking at the Travel Game Page since they drive 75 miles to come and see grandma!

Be sure to go to 5 Minutes for Books for the review of these cards and enter to win a set for yourself (or someone else - these would be a great birthday/christmas/anytime gift!)

Sweet Waters by Julie Carobini.

I'm back

I can't believe we've been offline for (just) three and half months! It feels like forever!!

God has been very good to my hubby and I. We both have jobs again, and gave us favor with the mortgage company to lower our interest rate, and therefore, our payments. Since we are still being frugal, we only have dial-up at home. But, we can still use WiFi at church and the library, so it all works out okay.

That being said, I'm going to try to list some contests and giveaways as I run across them. If you read either blog, you know one of my passions is reading. I can't begin to list the number of books I have read in the past three months. I once had a five shelf bookcase full of unread books. No more! Most of them are now on the read list and ready to be added to my shelf, or be sent on to my mom in Independence.

Anyway, where I was going with that - most of the contests I will list probably have to do with books. (sorry, my blog, my option. But I do thank you for stopping by!) Time allowing, I'll add those that I may not enter, but run across. I have to share the internet with hubby now, and will spend most of my time online while he's sleeping. (he works overnights now).

Thanks for popping and God Bless!
